This black and white photo gallery consists of a few images I felt worked well with a monochrome feel.  It may be somewhat deceiving, though, as not all pictures in this gallery were meant that way, and one, of the Maroon Bells, actually has a smattering of color left in the leaves of the Aspen.  At times, the light in nature has a way of creating a monochrome look.  For example, the Firehole in Yellowstone National Park was taken in color, and without alteration, the image appears to be black and white which is why I included it in this gallery.
